Andriali’s textile circularity program is offered exclusively for cruise and hotel projects. Participation requires a contractual commitment to purchase new items manufactured by Andriali.
The recycled yarn used in those new items must come from that same customer’s discarded textiles. It is blended with new yarn in the agreed proportions to meet the contract-quality and performance requirements appropriate to the intended application.
Your Materials, Your New Products
The program connects the recovery of a customer’s discarded textiles with that customer’s purchase of newly manufactured items. The recycled portion of the yarn comes from the participating customer’s own discarded materials.
Agreed Yarn Composition & Contract Quality
Each project specifies the proportions of recycled yarn and new yarn, the items to be manufactured, and the quality and performance requirements for their intended use. The recycled-yarn proportion is agreed for the project rather than presented as one fixed percentage for every product.
A Partnership Linked to a Manufacturing Order
Participation is based on a contract committing the customer to purchase new items from Andriali. The manufacturing order connects the customer’s recovered material with the agreed yarn blend and finished-product requirements.
