Türkiye Manufacturing & Bursa Capability
Andriali Contract’s operations in Bursa, Türkiye, connect textile design, product development, manufacturing and circular-material innovation with the needs of international cruise and hospitality projects.
Our Türkiye operation provides an important industrial base for developing custom contract textiles, supporting production and advancing new approaches to recycled and recovered material applications.
Manufacturing in Bursa, Türkiye
Bursa forms a central part of Andriali’s international operating model.
From Bursa, Andriali supports textile development and production for cruise, hospitality and commercial interior projects, including custom colors, patterns, yarn and construction development, sampling, prototyping, production planning and project-specific manufacturing.
Contract Textile Development
Our manufacturing and development process is built around the technical and aesthetic requirements of commercial interiors.
- Custom textile development
- Color and pattern development
- Yarn and construction selection
- Sampling and prototyping
- Drapery, upholstery, sheer, blackout and other contract textile applications
- Production planning for project-based quantities
- Development of recycled-yarn and circular-material applications where appropriate
Connecting International Projects with Türkiye
Andriali’s U.S. and Türkiye operations are designed to work together.
For circular textile projects, cruise line partners recover discarded textiles during refurbishment and send selected materials to Andriali’s Hialeah facility for preparation. After sorting, cutting, component separation, compression, packaging and export preparation, the materials can then move to Türkiye for recycling and further material development.
Cruise Line Recovery → Hialeah Preparation → Türkiye Recycling & Material Development
Circularity for Cruise & Hotel Customers
Andriali’s textile circularity program is offered exclusively for cruise and hotel projects. Participation requires a contractual commitment to purchase new items manufactured by Andriali.
The recycled yarn used in those new items must come from that same customer’s discarded textiles. It is blended with new yarn in the agreed proportions to meet the contract-quality and performance requirements appropriate to the intended application.

Supporting Circular Material Development
Türkiye also plays an important role in Andriali’s long-term circularity strategy.
Our objective is to expand the range of recovered textile materials that can be converted into useful secondary raw materials, recycled yarns and new commercial products.
Future development may include improved recycling pathways for mixed contract textiles, recycled-fiber applications, testing and validation of recovered materials, resource-efficiency improvements and technical development for contracted cruise and hotel projects.
Built for Cruise & Hospitality Projects
Cruise and hospitality interiors require a combination of design flexibility, commercial performance and reliable project execution.
Andriali’s Bursa capability allows our team to connect custom textile development with manufacturing planning, sampling and material innovation while supporting project teams in the United States and other international markets.
Türkiye as a Platform for Sustainable Textile Innovation
Our long-term goal is to help strengthen the connection between international cruise refurbishment, textile manufacturing and circular material development in Türkiye.
By connecting a customer’s discarded textiles with manufacturing capability, Andriali aims to support new products for that customer using the agreed recycled-yarn and new-yarn proportions.
