Double 5 achieves its blackout performance through Andriali’s proprietary woven construction—not a conventional three-pass or four-pass coating.
This distinctive manufacturing technique allows the fabric to be washed without shrinking while preserving its refined appearance and luxurious, silky hand. Because its light-control performance is woven into the construction rather than dependent on multiple applied coating layers, Double 5 is designed to avoid the coating-related pinholes and deterioration that can develop in conventional blackout fabrics through sunlight exposure and repeated use.
The result is an elegant, durable blackout fabric created for demanding cruise and hospitality interiors where performance, maintenance and luxurious tactile quality are equally important.
